A planning application has recently been submitted for a new residential unit next to a historic lodge in Watford.
Working within the context of the lodge building, the proposal has been shaped to sit in cohesion, whilst providing a contemporary new residence.
Particular attention has been paid to how residents want to live. A central spine along the core of the building separates living and sleeping rooms, providing a generous central living space for the activities of daily life to take place in.
