12 Greenwich Quay is a part of an existing commercial development DWA has undertaken a number of projects within. DWA was appointed to produce the designs for the conversion of 2 commercial units to residential use under permitted development rights. The proposal retained the commercial use at ground floor level and provided 2no. 2 bedroom flats at second and third floor. DWA took the project from the initial concept stage, to construction and realisation, including gaining all the relevant planning approvals and building regulations sign off.
