Westow House

Westow House is the extension and conversion of an existing public house in Crystal Palace London.

DWA were appointed to provide construction package (RIBA stages 3-6) for the scheme to provide 23no. Bed and breakfast bedrooms above the existing pub.

The scheme required careful resolution of the detailing due to the pubs location within a conservation area, and its prominent corner plot, including taking mouldings of the existing window features.

The project is currently on site and is due to complete in early 2019.
