Napier Park is a planning scheme DWA were appointed to masterplan for 520 units in Luton for Redrow Homes.
DWA worked closely with Redrow and Planning Potential, to produce a master plan for the scheme using Redrows standard house types from RIBA stages 1-3.
The scheme obtained planning permission and is currently under construction.
