DWA was appointed to design a new three storey, 9 unit development, on the site of an existing 1970’s two storey dwelling.
Our team proposed a modern flat complex that is sympathetic towards the bordering conservation area whilst also being more in line with the modern developments in the surrounding area.
The project is currently on site and DWA are producing the construction package for the scheme.
