DWA were appointed by a private residential developer to develop an existing commercial unit along with its upper floors to provide six residential apartments facing the High Street in Slough.
DWA worked closely with the local authority and the client to provide a design sensitive to the high street location and locally listed buildings in close proximity to the site.
The project received planning in 2018.
