Mansion House Farm, Bedmond Road was a detailed planning application made by DWA for 15 houses and two flats, along with amenity spaces in Abbots Langley for Woolbro Homes and Morris Investments.
The site was particularly sensitive, being located close to the Grade II* listed Tithe Barn and Grade II listed Mansion House farm.
Extensive liaison was needed with the projects team of consultants, clients and the local authority to create a suitable proposal for the area.
The scheme successfully gained planning in February 2018.
