Butlers Wharf, situated on the banks of the Thames at Tower Bridge, is a former warehouse space which was converted into flats during the 1980s.
The building is listed and DWA were appointed to undertake a listed building consent for a private client to create a separate bedroom in their existing large studio flat, whilst renovating and remodelling the existing.
DWA completed the project from concept to completion, obtaining building regulations sign off, and all planning and freeholder consents.
