This proposed mixed use scheme was proposed for the Bondway warehouse site adjacent the railway line. Located on a key site in the Vauxhall Nine Elms Battersea Opportunity Area the scheme looked to provide private and affordable housing as well as office, hotel and shop space. The scheme included one 38 storey and one 42 storey tower, and was developed in close liaison between the client and local authority. If realised the scheme would have provided a connection from the Vauxhall Cross area through to the Vauxhall Conservation area.
