Asda Ware is a development of 13 homes in Ware, Hertfordshire with mix of private sale, shared ownership and affordable rent tenures, located close to Ware High Street. Originally part of the larger supermarket development, Bugler were contracted to complete the residential portion and obtain the reserved matters permission.
DWA were appointed to complete a full working drawings package for the units, including the building regulation submission, approval of reserved matters and discharge of planning conditions.
